At OCA Global Peru, I worked as a Digital Marketing and External Communications Assistant, leading the execution of internal and external communication campaigns end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate messaging. I developed strategic digital content for LinkedIn and corporate channels to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement, while producing high-quality visual and multimedia content (graphic and audiovisual) for campaigns, corporate events, and institutional initiatives. I collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units to effectively implement communication strategies, and analyzed and optimized content performance (engagement, reach, visibility), adapting formats and messaging based on audience insights to ensure consistent and impactful communication delivery.
